Welcome the attendees to the opening of the exhibit hall with branded signs located throughout the event, welcome speech, social media recognition and a featured co- marketing message in the reception email invite to attendees.
WiFi $5,000
Every attendee will want access to the Internet during the show. The WiFi sponsor will be recognized with notices at every table.
Charging Station $3,000
Today’s multi-tasking attendees will be looking for your charging station to keep their smartphones, tablets, and laptops powered. Keep attendees charged with four universal charging stations featuring corporate or product advertising, located in high traffic area.
Coffee Break $2,500
The sponsor of each coffee break will be announced from the stage. During the coffee break the sponsor will be thanked and offered the opportunity for a brief comment.
